About Erik

He's the father of a very shiny daughter. A transient of Yorkville and Maple Ridge he is novelizing about the many caras of love and run-throughing Sun Tzu and Mary Main for parenting poems. Erik likes donuts gifted by his wife and too often smells like gasoline. In his twenties he took a decade to gather fodder--rode a motor across country, drove more than 25,000 miles in Central America searching for surf, taught algebra in some tough schools and drove bus for a fire circus. In his 30s he taught more science, counted frogs and electrofished (legally) for trout in the most remote and beautiful spots protected by the National Park Service. He also surfed some sizable Central Ocean Beach, got an MFA and built aqueducts for the Ngäbe with the Peace Corps. On Mondays he worries about workforce housing and STRs for the Planning Commission
